1.檢測項目:回路通斷,誤配,端子安裝到位檢測，氣密性檢測，鎖扣漏裝，附屬件漏裝，檢測合格提示取走導線. 

2.采用研華工業電腦,22寸液晶濕示器,測試點位為單板240P,與氣動工裝通過2x8牛角對接，方便插拔.   

3.可外接條碼打印機,打印二維條碼,三維條碼,公司信息及線束品名等,測試合格自動打印標簽  

4.檢測治具采用防靜電電木制作,帶指示燈提示功能,方便確準位置 

5.可自動學習回路點和手動學習  

6.測試臺為鈑金結構，邊沿采用不銹鋼材料,附有X軸Y軸坐標.氣動檢測臺如下：

線束檢測臺氣動治具簡介：

A,將膠盒插治具后,治具上的鎖片即卡住接插件.其優點是操作方便測試效率高.      

A,Whethe connecor is plugged into the jig,the locking would lock the connector immediately.The advantages  areConvenient op-eration and high test effciency.      

線束檢測臺  B,傾斜式與平面式：

1），平面式：主要用于未分割汽車線束系統.由于整車線束比較重，平鋪后方便操作，但需要多人操作.       

1),Flat type:Mainly used for unsegmentation automotive harness system.The system for the whole automotive is heavy but convenient to operate when tiled,although it needs several operators to work on it.        

2),傾斜式：主要用于有分割的汽車線束系統.傾斜比較符合人體工程學要求,目前大部份都采取這種方式。

A.公端子相應的位置開出規定大小的方孔,當端子出現歪斜不佳時，連接器將無法放入模塊.         

 A, Cut a specified hole at the make terminal’ scor-responding position,and the connector can’t be put into the module when the terminal skews.         

 B,方孔公差為+0.1mm,材料為絕緣耐磨電木板.          

 B, The hole tolerance it +0.1mm ,made from insu-lating and wear-resistance electric board.       

 C,通過特殊探針可以100%檢測出未定位或者反插的端子,防止不佳流出           

 C,Unlocated or anti-plugged terminals would be 100% test using special test probed.
